We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

When purchasing online and in-store a 1.1% surcharge on all credit card transactions applies and a 0.52% surcharge on all eftpos transactions applies. If you require a refund for a product or service your credit card surcharge fee will not be included in your refunded amount. This surcharge is initially taken out as an admin fee and is not able to be refunded. Keep this in mind when choosing a payment method.
