Dark brown in colour, 1″ Hoop is a blend of strips and fines. These hoop fines hold moisture and break down giving additional organic matter to your garden while the strips of mulch act as a great ground cover. This blend is ideal for sloping sites, around pools, in raised garden beds and on embankments. This bark is unique in that its stringy design means that when installed the pieces lock together and secure the soil underneath; this is why it is often recommended for sloping sites and sloping gardens. Hoop 1 inch fines are very popular and can be used for both commercial and residential projects.
