No, we don't recommend using our Unscreened Fill Sand as a bedding layer. Fill Sand is generally used as a bulk filling material, so it is typically used to fill an area first. It is then covered with road base, compacted, and finished with a layer of Coarse Bedding Sand to create a stable and level surface.

Unscreened Fill Sand can contain larger particles and debris, such as twigs, rocks, and small pieces of metal, that can interfere with the creation of an even and stable base layer.
