Because Fill Sand has not been through any cleaning process and may contain clay content, which makes it great for compacting to use as a base material, filling in holes, laying concrete, raising levels or building up slopes and gradients. It can be also used if you are looking for a cost effective solution to surround trenches of place under slabs.
