The maximum height of an Adbri Miniwall retaining wall depends on factors such as soil conditions, drainage requirements, installation method, wall location, and loading conditions. They are generally suited to low-height retaining applications such as garden beds and small landscaping walls. The maximum unreinforced height is 500mm, or four courses.

To install Adbri Miniwall Retaining Wall Blocks, start by preparing a stable, level base before building the wall course by course. Some levelling and compacting may be required depending on the condition of the installation area. The general installation process includes:

1. Prepare and level a compacted base.
2. Install the first row of blocks accurately and ensure they are level.
3. Stack additional courses while maintaining alignment.
4. Backfill behind the wall with suitable drainage material.
5. Install appropriate drainage where required.

The number of Adbri Miniwall Retaining Wall Blocks required depends on the length and height of your retaining wall. Each block measures 182mm (L) × 182mm (D) × 125mm (H), with approximately 6.36 blocks required per lineal metre for each course.

To calculate how many blocks you need:

1. Measure the total length of your retaining wall in metres.
2. Multiply the length by 6.36 blocks per lineal metre.
3. Multiply this number by the number of courses required for your desired wall height.
4. Allow approximately 5–10% extra for adjustments, breakages, and installation requirements.

For example, a 5-metre-long wall that is four courses high would require approximately 128 blocks before allowing for extras.

As a general guide, each course adds approximately 125mm to the wall height, with a maximum unreinforced height of 500mm (four courses).
