  2. Installing the first row of blocks accurately.
  3. Stacking additional courses while maintaining alignment.
  4. Installing drainage material behind the wall where required.
  5. Backfilling with suitable material.

For example, a wall measuring 5m long × 0.625m high has a face area of 3.125m² and would require approximately 84 blocks before allowing for wastage.
