For optimal results, ECO 88 should be applied 3–4 times a year (once each season). For lawns with higher fertiliser requirements, it can be applied every 12 weeks.

Yes, ECO 88 is a great general-purpose fertiliser that can be used across all lawn and garden types. It is suitable for turf, palms, fruit trees, market gardens, flowers, and tropical foliage plants. It is especially effective for roses, hibiscus, gardenia, and azalea.

It is important to water in ECO 88 thoroughly after application, as incorrect application or failure to water it in may result in lawn burn. ECO 88 contains sulphate of ammonia, which can cause leaf scorch if left on the surface or, if not watered in, may volatilise and be lost to the atmosphere.

We recommend applying ECO 88 at a rate of 40–75 grams per square metre. A 16 kg bag will cover approximately 210–400 square metres, depending on the application rate.
